Maintenance¶

Maintenance creation¶

It can be done by equipment admins or equipment responsibles on:

A single equipment.
An equipment group.
An equipment linked to an equipment group (equipment part).

Tip

With the equipment reservation feature you can book maintenances to avoid conflicts.

Note

It is still possible to create maintenances without reservation, but be aware that it won’t check if there is one or more reservations for the same time/date.

Maintenance edition and frequency¶

The equipment admins, equipment responsibles, and equipment maintenance responsibles can edit a maintenance. They will be able to manage general information, document(s), responsible(s) and settings.

Moreover, you can set a maintenance frequency. At the end of the maintenance, a new maintenance will be automatically created.
