Mail service¶

Here are the steps to configure the mail service. SMTP service configuration is a prerequisite for any Laby functionality that uses email to send information to users, like sharelink and quality documents.

Note

The configuration of the smtp service is limited to the user(s) granted as laby admin(s).

Setup¶

First, go to the administration module, the mail service is located inside it.

Fill all the required information. Refer to your IT policy and/or administrator for any information/validation.

After filling it, you can validate by clicking on the test button. You will receive a test mail if everything is configured correctly.
